Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Risk team.
- Translate business needs and user requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage sprint planning and execution within an Agile framework.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with risk management principles and technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
