About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on market needs and business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Manage the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear requirements for development teams.
