Product Manager
Seeking a Technical Product Owner to define and manage product roadmaps, collaborate with development teams, and ensure successful product delivery using Agile methodologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement within the product development process.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback for future iterations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable requirements.
