About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the AI and RPA product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of AI and RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with technical architecture and data governance standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, continuously refining solutions to improve data consistency and operational efficiency.
- Advocate for an AI‑first mindset across the organization, providing guidance and best practices for emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an AI/RPA‑heavy environment.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning concepts, and automation frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Hands‑on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker).
- Analytical mindset with a track record of delivering data‑driven solutions that improve process efficiency.
