About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap, translating business goals into actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define technical architecture and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain a healthy backlog.
- Prioritize features based on market research, user feedback, and ROI analysis.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and trade‑offs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product ownership or management experience in a tech‑focused environment.
- Strong grasp of Agile Scrum practices and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Technical fluency to evaluate architecture options, discuss trade‑offs, and influence engineering decisions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence‑based prioritization.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
