About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps for digital banking platforms, aligning technical specifications with business goals.
- Lead cross‑functional Agile teams—including engineering, design, and analytics—to deliver features on schedule and within scope.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translating market insights into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Utilize data analysis, SQL queries, and Python scripts to monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and inform roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with cloud architects to design, deploy, and optimize solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, and KPI dashboards to keep leadership and partners informed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; 5+ years of product management experience in financial services or fintech.
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SQL and Python for data extraction and modeling.
- Experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud‑native applications on AWS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
