Accountabilities:

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will own product direction, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery for assigned product areas. You will serve as a strategic partner across technology and business teams, ensuring products align with customer expectations and organizational goals.

• Create alignment and buy-in around product vision, strategy, and long-term objectives with leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Define, manage, and evolve the product technology roadmap based on customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities.
• Own product backlog prioritization, balancing customer experience, technical performance, operational requirements, and competing initiatives.
• Lead product launches and delivery efforts in partnership with engineering, UX, operations, business development, vendors, and other teams.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver features, manage dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Use customer insights, usability research, market analysis, and data to inform product decisions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and adoption.
• Communicate roadmap progress, priorities, and product updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and external partners to support successful product outcomes.
• Mentor junior product managers and provide guidance on product management practices and strategic execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and AI-enabled solutions where applicable.
