Role Summary

The Technical Product Manager ServiceNow Platform will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow platform capabilities. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, operations, security, compliance, and executive teams to translate business priorities into scalable platform solutions, automation opportunities, and measurable business outcomes. The position requires strong ServiceNow domain knowledge, technical product management expertise, Agile delivery experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance service delivery, governance, adoption, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, security teams, and executive leaders to translate business priorities into scalable platform solutions and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Define and manage the overall product roadmap for ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Agile Delivery: Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Engineering Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams on solution design, API integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Process & AI Optimization: Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow AI (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence) and automation to streamline workflows.
• Metrics & Governance: Track platform adoption, KPIs, and ROI while ensuring compliance, security, and governance standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years overall experience in Technical Product Management or enterprise platform delivery.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow domains (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, SecOps, or HRSD).
• Proven track record with Agile/Scrum , product lifecycle management, and release planning.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes , API integrations, SaaS architectures, and cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Located in or willing to commute to our Chennai office under a hybrid work model.

Nice to Have

• Certifications: ServiceNow CIS, CSA, or recognized Product Management certifications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow AI tools (Now Assist, Virtual Agent) or Microsoft Copilot/Azure integration.
