Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to oversee product and design initiatives.
- Ensure seamless operation of core development engines and product lifecycles.
- Identify and resolve engineering bottlenecks to maintain project momentum.
- Optimize cross-functional roadmaps and facilitate efficient execution.
- Act as a core operational extension of the CPO, driving high-impact results.
- Champion a founder's mindset and relentless problem-solving approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Technical Program Management or a similar high-agency role.
- Exceptional execution skills and a strong ability to drive projects to completion.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and understanding of development processes.
- Experience working across product, design, and engineering teams.
- A proactive, "fixer" mentality with a passion for problem-solving.
