About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Observability Domain, aligning with company-wide technical strategy.
- Gather and prioritize product and technical requirements from engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new observability features and services.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Champion best practices in observability, monitoring, and incident management across the organization.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical product management, with a focus on observability, monitoring, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
- Experience with data analysis, defining KPIs, and using data to drive product decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
