Key Responsibilities
- Lead the "Acquire" team focused on the customer journey from app download to first ride.
- Grow the user base by creating a world-class, frictionless, and delightful onboarding experience.
- Act as a cross-functional leader, partnering closely with engineering and design teams.
- Define and champion the "Human Experience" for the product.
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for mobile user acquisition and onboarding.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Management, with a focus on mobile growth and user acquisition.
- Experience in defining and optimizing user onboarding flows.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and data analysis to drive product decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
