Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Senior SaaS Product Architect with strong expertise in Product Development, Technical Architecture, Product Management, and SaaS Solution Design . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and scaling multi-tenant SaaS products, defining product roadmaps, and leading engineering teams from concept to market launch.

This role combines responsibilities across SaaS Architecture, Node.js Engineering, Product Management, and Team Leadership , requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise.

The successful candidate will own the technology vision, drive product innovation, and work closely with business stakeholders to build scalable and market-leading digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Architecture & Solution Design

• Own and drive the technical architecture and design of SaaS products.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performing multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
• Design end-to-end digital product and technical architecture.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and cloud solutions.
• Ensure product scalability, reliability, maintainability, and security.

Product Development & Roadmap Management

• Define and manage the product development roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead product strategy, planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Drive the complete digital product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align product capabilities with market demands.
• Manage release planning and feature delivery timelines.

Engineering Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and grow a Product Engineering team of 4–5 developers and trainees through FY2026–27.
• Establish development best practices, engineering standards, and quality processes.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance on application architecture and modern development frameworks.
• Ensure timely delivery of product milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.
