This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and blockchain innovation, driving the development of highly complex Web3-based products focused on sustainable impact tracking and tokenization. You will translate user needs into clear product direction while working closely with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver scalable solutions. The role requires strong ownership of the product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap planning through execution and launch in a fast-moving, experimental environment. You will collaborate directly with senior leadership, including the CTO and CPO, to shape product methodology and execution standards across teams. A strong focus is placed on data-driven decision-making, continuous iteration, and rapid learning from user feedback. Accountabilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap for complex blockchain-based products, ensuring alignment with strategic company objectives
- Translate user needs and business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable development plans
- Work closely with engineering teams to define scope, manage backlog, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones using agile methodologies
- Actively gather and integrate user feedback to continuously refine product direction and improve usability and performance
- Define, track, and analyze key product metrics and KPIs to guide decision-making and measure success
- Collaborate with designers to iterate on product UI/UX and ensure seamless user experiences across platforms
- Coordinate product launches in partnership with marketing, business development, engineering, and ecosystem teams
- Maintain clear documentation of product strategy, functionality, and technical requirements for internal and external stakeholders
- Support leadership in improving product processes, workflows, and organizational product maturity
- Assist with partner integrations by ensuring accurate technical documentation and resolving product-related issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management or product ownership roles within B2B or B2C environments
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams in agile, cross-functional product development settings
- Strong ability to switch between high-level product thinking and deep technical understanding of system architecture and implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and present complex ideas
