Job Description:
Who We Are:
Ingram Micro is a leading technology company for the global information technology ecosystem. With the ability to reach nearly 90% of the global population, we play a vital role in the worldwide IT sales channel, bringing products and services from technology manufacturers and cloud providers to business-to-business technology experts. Our market reach, diverse solutions and services portfolio, and digital platform Ingram Micro Xvantage™ set us apart.
Here, we encourage our people to move with meaning – bringing courage, imagination, and purpose to work that delivers measurable impact for customers, communities, and the future of technology.
What You'll Do:
The Technical Product Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle and performance of assigned vendors and products within the Subscription Engine, including adoption, catalogue quality, transition readiness and stable operation on X4V in the target architecture. The role acts as the operational product owner for the vendor portfolio, creating accountability where catalogue lifecycle, vendor engagement, issue resolution and roadmap feedback need stronger ownership. This is a technical, operations-embedded product role. It connects Support, Vendor Management, Sales, Product Management and Engineering to ensure vendors are ready, catalogues are accurate, issues are resolved through accountable paths, and product feedback is converted into structured roadmap input.
Own the lifecycle, health, and operational readiness of an assigned vendor and product portfolio.
Drive catalogue excellence by overseeing onboarding, product updates, pricing readiness, migrations, and data quality.
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and support successful platform adoption.
Translate operational challenges and customer feedback into actionable product recommendations and roadmap priorities.
Support go-to-market readiness by providing visibility into product launches, risks, dependencies, and vendor capabilities.
What you bring to the role:
Experience in technical product management, product operations, platform operations, vendor management, marketplace operations, or a related field.
Understanding of subscription-based business models, catalogue and SKU management, billing, provisioning, integrations, or vendor onboarding processes.
Success working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
Ability to use data and operational insights to improve processes, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable outcomes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience creating operating models, launch plans, governance frameworks, or process improvements.
