About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, ensuring clear requirements, timelines, and success metrics for each stage.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to validate technical feasibility and guide implementation plans.
- Prioritize feature backlogs, manage sprint planning, and ensure alignment with Agile best practices.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating market needs into actionable specifications.
- Monitor product performance post‑launch, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a technology‑focused environment, preferably with a strong engineering background.
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Deep understanding of technical architecture concepts and ability to assess feasibility and impact of proposed solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of translating complex requirements into clear deliverables.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to inform product decisions and measure outcomes.
