- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the integrations product area.
- Bridge the gap between deep technical architecture and customer outcomes.
- Ensure seamless platform integration with enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystems, with a strong focus on Workday.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from hypothesis to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and deliver integration solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Technical Product Management.
- Experience with API documentation and integration strategies.
- Familiarity with enterprise HCM systems, particularly Workday.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric solutions.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
