Product Manager
Technical Product Manager responsible for defining strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a large‑scale enterprise portal that integrates 150 applications, supports end‑to‑end customer workflows, and drives analytics and operational efficiency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a high‑traffic enterprise portal serving hundreds of thousands of users.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery using Agile practices.
- Architect and oversee integration of dozens of internal and third‑party APIs, ensuring seamless data flow across purchasing, operations, maintenance, and analytics modules.
- Leverage cloud services (primarily AWS) to optimize scalability, reliability, and performance of the portal ecosystem.
- Analyze usage metrics and customer feedback to drive data‑informed enhancements and improve user experience.
- Communicate product status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in complex, multi‑application platforms or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record delivering products using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and managing cross‑functional teams.
- Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in API design, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and data analytics tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
