Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of an enterprise‑scale Generative AI/ML platform, collaborating with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to drive innovative AI solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for a cloud‑native GenAI/ML platform serving enterprise customers.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
- Prioritize backlog, manage releases, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality AI services on AWS infrastructure.
- Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to continuously improve platform capabilities.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment, communicate progress to senior leadership, and champion best practices for AI governance, security, and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud‑based SaaS products.
- Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in Python, ML model lifecycle, and cloud services (AWS, containers, CI/CD pipelines).
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver complex products on schedule.
- Deep understanding of generative AI technologies, model deployment, and ethical AI considerations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
