Technical Product Manager driving Apple Pay adoption across eCommerce and PSP partners, leading integration projects, defining product features, and collaborating with engineering, business development, and developer relations to deliver seamless payment experiences.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end integration of Apple Pay with PSPs, merchants, and payment processors for both in‑app and web platforms.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps in partnership with Business Development, Engineering, and Developer Relations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional agile teams to deliver new features, resolve technical blockers, and ensure timely releases.
- Act as subject‑matter expert during onboarding of new eCommerce partners, providing technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations.
- Monitor performance metrics, gather partner feedback, and iterate on the Apple Pay experience to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or program management experience in payments, fintech, or eCommerce ecosystems.
- Strong technical background with hands‑on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and payment SDKs.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across business, engineering, and external partner teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments and delivering large‑scale integration projects.
- Deep understanding of digital wallets, PSP workflows, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
