- Ensure operational excellence and technical stability of the LMS/LXP ecosystem.
- Translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of the user experience for HR, business stakeholders, editors, and learners.
- Manage hands-on platform ownership with technical product thinking.
- Coordinate stakeholder enablement and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical product management or platform operations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or learning experience platforms (LXP) is a plus.
- Understanding of governance and execution-driven approaches.
