About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the CyberGRC suite, prioritizing features that enhance real‑time risk visibility and compliance automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver AI/ML‑enabled insights and explainable risk scores.
- Engage with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with market needs.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to maintain a high‑velocity delivery cadence.
- Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and competitive landscape to inform continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity or GRC domains.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance regulations, and AI/ML applications in security.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, data‑driven products in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
