- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for compliance, AML, and sanctions technology.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.

- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog in an Agile environment.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit.
- Drive the successful launch and adoption of new SaaS compliance solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical product management, preferably in the financial services or compliance domain.
- Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions screening processes.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to define and articulate product vision and strategy.
