Product Manager
Technical Product Manager driving product strategy and delivery for GovTech solutions, shaping roadmaps, prioritising features, and collaborating with engineering, design and stakeholders using Agile, API design and cloud technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for government‑focused software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering, design, and data teams to translate requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise features and enhancements based on stakeholder impact, regulatory needs, and market trends, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives) and act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback, iterating quickly to improve usability, reliability, and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a technology‑driven environment, preferably with SaaS or GovTech products.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands‑on experience managing development teams.
- Proficiency in API design, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and data analytics tools to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
