Product Manager
Technical Product Manager responsible for shaping product vision, driving roadmap execution, and managing cross‑functional delivery using Agile practices, JIRA, Confluence, and data‑driven analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with business objectives throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Lead requirement gathering, user‑story creation, prioritization, and backlog grooming with cross‑functional teams.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management to ensure timely delivery.
- Define, track, and report key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership through clear presentations and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technical or software‑focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands‑on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze product data and translate insights into actionable roadmap decisions.
- Experience managing releases and coordinating cross‑team execution.
