Lead the design and launch of a customer‑facing Agentic AI product, driving integration with OpenAI and internal APIs to deliver a seamless experience for millions of users.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the Agentic AI platform, translating customer needs into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering to integrate LLMs, agents, and internal APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Partner with OpenAI to embed Jerry.ai services into the ChatGPT App and explore new model capabilities.
- Define success metrics, analyze usage data, and iterate on features to maximize user engagement and retention.
- Communicate progress and strategy to senior leadership, including the COO, and align cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in AI or related tech domains.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic architectures, and API ecosystems.
- Proven track record of launching customer‑facing products at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
