Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.
- Translate business needs and user requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Facilitate communication and manage expectations with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent technical aptitude and ability to understand complex software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
