Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap for a Generative AI platform serving over 100,000 employees.
- Lead an Agile team comprising developers, data scientists, and DataOps engineers.
- Arbitrate between business needs and technical feasibility for AI solutions.
- Design and develop GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
- Drive the technical direction and strategy for AI product development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Lead or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent product management and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
