About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product enablement programs for internal teams and external customers.
- Create clear, concise technical documentation, including guides, tutorials, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand product roadmaps and translate technical features into user benefits.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and enablement strategies.
- Train sales, support, and customer success teams on new product features and functionalities.
- Drive adoption and proficiency of the AI-native automation platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product enablement, technical writing, or a related customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
