- Lead the development of scalable internal platforms, personalization capabilities, AI-driven automation, and strong data foundations.
- Translate company strategy into clear product direction and build strong technical product capabilities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver innovative solutions that improve productivity, user experience, and long-term growth.
- Build the analytics and operations platform that powers Amanotes' game and app businesses.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Technical Product Director or similar strategic product leadership role.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and data-driven product development.
- Experience in building and scaling internal platforms and operational tools.
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
