About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key operational liaison for Viant's products, including the Demand Side Platform (DSP).
- Bridge communication between internal teams (Operations, Product, Engineering) and external stakeholders/partners.
- Ensure seamless product performance and operational continuity.
- Provide technical insight and a strong sense of urgency in problem resolution.
- Maintain clear communication channels to address challenges effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in platform operations or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of technical systems and their operational impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) is a plus.
