About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior representative for Platform Operations, ensuring the technical health and performance of the Demand-Side Platform (DSP).
- Act as a strategic bridge between Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Drive the evolution of the DSP by identifying and implementing scalable solutions.
- Provide proactive support to maintain platform stability and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve system architecture and performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable platform operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role within platform operations.
- Strong understanding of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) or similar complex technical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge technical teams (Operations, Product, Engineering).
- Experience in driving scalability and performance optimization for large-scale platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
