Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with technical partners.
- Facilitate and oversee API integrations and technical onboarding for partners.
- Provide technical guidance and support to partners to ensure successful platform adoption.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to address partner needs.
- Identify opportunities for joint go-to-market strategies and revenue growth.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical partner management or a similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of APIs, software integrations, and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the marketing technology or AI space is a plus.
