About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor program plans that enhance technical operations across multiple teams.
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and track improvement metrics.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and status meetings, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of program milestones.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying best practices in process engineering and change management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management within a technical operations environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
