- Manage and oversee Outside Plant (OSP) engineering operations, ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance of fiber optic networks.
- Lead and mentor technical teams involved in network operations and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize network performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute telecommunications projects.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in all operational activities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in OSP Engineering and technical operations management within the telecommunications industry.
