Lead end‑to‑end technical operations for large‑scale AV and event solutions, driving project delivery, system integration, and hybrid event execution using cutting‑edge audio‑visual and unified communications technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex AV and event technology projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, production, client services) to design and implement integrated audio‑visual, webcasting, and hybrid event solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations for hardware, software, and service components.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and post‑event debriefs to capture lessons learned and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications across all technical deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical operations or project management within AV, event production, or unified communications.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale hybrid and virtual events, including webcasting and live streaming.
- Strong knowledge of AV integration, signal flow, and unified communications platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
