About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior operational leadership for the Integration portfolio, ensuring seamless system integrations across digital services.
- Oversee Service Management functions in line with ITIL frameworks, driving continuous improvement and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions using Python, Node.js, and AWS.
- Ensure compliance with national digital policy and security standards, conducting risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews to enhance service reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in system integration, interoperability, and service management.
- Strong technical background in Python, Node.js, and AWS cloud services.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and drive projects to successful completion.
