About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on AWS.
- Develop and implement automation scripts for system provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Python.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage and maintain Linux-based operating systems and associated services.
- Collaborate with software development and engineering teams to integrate new features and ensure smooth deployments.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in system administration, with a strong focus on Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python for automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Experience with network engineering concepts and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
