Technical Onboarding Specialist, Lending/Mortgage - The Mortgage Office

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through the technical onboarding process for lending and mortgage software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth client transition.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client needs and platform capabilities.
• Develop and deliver training materials for new users.
• Manage client relationships and ensure successful adoption of the platform.
• Gather client feedback to identify areas for product and service improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical onboarding or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS.
• Familiarity with the lending or mortgage industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technical tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
