About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, coordinating setup, configuration, and data migration.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve implementation issues quickly.
- Develop and deliver onboarding documentation, training materials, and best‑practice guides.
- Monitor onboarding metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement of the onboarding workflow.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the initial rollout phase.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, or customer success for SaaS products.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency with integration tools, APIs, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally to resolve technical challenges.
