Software Engineer
Lead technical onboarding and engagement for enterprise clients, driving adoption of AI-powered search solutions using Python, Node.js, AWS, and machine learning. Own the full engagement lifecycle, from technical discovery to production deployment and optimization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand their search and data architecture.
- Design and implement end‑to‑end onboarding pipelines using Python, Node.js, and AWS services.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor search APIs and machine‑learning models to client needs.
- Provide hands‑on support during integration, performance tuning, and scaling of search workloads.
- Track adoption metrics, deliver regular health reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or solutions engineering for SaaS search or data platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
- Strong understanding of search algorithms, relevance tuning, and machine‑learning pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and infrastructure as code is a plus.
