About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact technology due diligence (TDD) engagements for private equity clients.
- Partner with clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing technical insights.
- Develop and execute pragmatic, tech-focused strategies for portfolio companies.
- Assess technological risks and opportunities throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Guide and mentor project teams in fast-paced environments.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology consulting or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of technology due diligence processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with private equity firms or in M&A environments.
