About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage water resources engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Oversee the design and development of water infrastructure, including stormwater management systems and hydrological studies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineering staff, fostering technical growth and development.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
- Review and approve technical reports, designs, and calculations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in water resources engineering and project management.
- Strong understanding of hydrology, hydraulics, and stormwater management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
