Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex Actimize solutions—both on‑premise and SaaS—while driving technical excellence and regulatory compliance across global projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end implementation of Actimize regulatory compliance solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality standards, and adherence to project budgets.
- Collaborate with product, security, and compliance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Drive process improvements, tooling, and best practices for both on‑premise and SaaS deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership within financial services or regulatory technology.
- Deep expertise with Actimize platforms, including on‑premise and SaaS architectures.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, OFAC) and compliance workflows.
- Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex solutions on schedule.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
