Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical aspects of semi-solid product development and manufacturing.
- Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Oversee technology transfer activities and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical process development and manufacturing, specifically with semi-solid dosage forms.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with process validation and qualification.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
