About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of instrumentation and controls engineers, ensuring technical competence and career development.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to achieve on‑time, on‑budget delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes, standards, and best practices across the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering, with a proven track record of leading large, complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA/DCS platforms, and field instrumentation technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
