Lead client success for a programmatic advertising platform, driving technical onboarding, integration, and ongoing optimization using Java, Python, SQL and AWS while managing strategic relationships and ensuring platform performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical onboarding and integration of publisher clients onto the programmatic advertising platform, guiding API implementation and data feed setup.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions and roadmap items.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance, data quality, and reporting issues, providing timely resolutions and proactive recommendations.
- Develop and deliver technical training, documentation, and best‑practice guides to empower client teams and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze client data using SQL and Python to identify optimization opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or client success within SaaS or ad‑tech environments.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, APIs, and data workflows.
- Proficiency in Java or Python development and SQL query writing.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering technical solutions that meet business objectives.
