Engineering Manager
Technical Manager leading cross‑functional teams to design and deliver solutions in cloud, virtualization, networking, security, AI/ML, and IoT for enterprise clients, with occasional travel to client sites.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering teams through the full product lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Architect and implement solutions leveraging cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, and security technologies.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define technical roadmaps, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
- Drive adoption of AI/ML and IoT innovations to enhance product functionality and performance.
- Manage project timelines, risk mitigation, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field (U.S. equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in cloud services (AWS), virtualization, networking, and security architectures.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML and IoT technologies.
- Excellent communication, client‑facing, and team‑management skills.
