About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of high‑performance, cloud‑native applications.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to define requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Drive adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and security.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations through regular communication and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on architecture and design.
- Proven leadership experience managing or leading technical teams.
- Hands‑on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of modern programming languages (Java, C#, or Node.js) and microservices patterns.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
