Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using React, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and stakeholder groups to shape solution design and roadmap.
- Drive project delivery, proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality releases.
- Implement performance optimization, security hardening, and reliability improvements across the stack.
- Champion Agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with React, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience mentoring engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
