Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices for Embedded C and RTOS development.
- Architect and review critical RTOS‑based solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Mentor and coach team members in Embedded C, C++, and advanced RTOS concepts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate product requirements into robust embedded software designs.
- Lead code reviews, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis to maintain high code quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of embedded software development experience, with deep expertise in Embedded C and RTOS.
- Strong background in C++ and real‑time operating system concepts.
- Proven leadership skills, able to guide and inspire technical teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation abilities.
